This heated cup is incredibly elegant. It looks just like a traditional tea cup, but does an incredible job of heating their coffee. Great value for the price for sure, excellent durability. Would be lovely to spoil yourself with or someone else. Highly recommend!

This has become a staple on my desk. Set the mug on the base, and coffee stays at a proper drinking temperature — not lukewarm, actually hot — for as long as you need it. No dials to fiddle with, no temperature settings to configure, just place the mug down and it works. The induction heating is smart enough to figure out what needs to happen.The FOD detection is what makes it feel genuinely well-designed. Anything that isn't the paired mug doesn't heat, so you're not going to accidentally cook a phone or set of keys that ends up on top of it. The base stays cool to the touch too, which matters when it's sitting inches from your hand all day.Type-C powered is the right call. Plugs into the same charger as everything else on my desk, and no bulky wall adapter or standalone brick to deal with. The included 11oz ceramic mug feels solid — good weight, comfortable handle, doesn't feel like an afterthought thrown in with the warmer. Pineglen green looks great on the desk too, more intentional than the usual white or black. Solid pickup.

I got this for my husband to use at work because he’s always getting pulled away from his desk, and by the time he gets back, his tea is cold. This warmer has completely solved that problem. It keeps his drink at a nice drinking temperature without him having to rewarm it in the microwave.The warmer itself works exactly as expected, but I’m not as impressed with the mug. The design is pretty basic, and I personally would have preferred a simple solid white mug instead. The handle also isn’t the most comfortable to hold for long periods.The biggest downside is the price—it feels a little expensive for what you get. That said, if you’re someone who constantly ends up with cold coffee or tea because work keeps interrupting you, it does its job very well.

This is a nice product, well made, and well thought out. However, it is limited in its design and some forms of its usefulness.The first red flag is that the cup is not microwave safe. It uses an induction film on the bottom that is triggered when it is placed in the saucer. Doing anything other than a quick hand wash might damage that film and microwaving it would certainly ruin it.The set has only one heat level, and it's not meant to brew your drink or make it anything other than warm. I actually like that because it can't get too hot as other similar cup warmers do.The design is handsome and the mug warmer and mug look great on my desk. The mug is hefty without being heavy and is well balanced. It's a good addition as long as you can live with the trade-offs of not being able to microwave the coffee and having only one temperature choice.

This cup does exactly what it says it will do, which is keep the beverage of your choice warm! I also love the clean and modern aesthetic of the design. The product also warms quickly and the cup size is just enough and comfortable to hold.However, I think the product itself is kind of limiting and it’s a little pricy for what it is since you can’t change the temperature (I have a cup warmer that can toggle between a few different temps).Also you’re supposed to use only this ceramic cup with this saucer. Since I use a dishwasher, I’m used to cycling through a few different cups rather than reaching the same one. I do think this would work well in an office though or if you don’t mind washing your cup between uses!

I don't eat all day but I do drink hot tea or coffee all day long so I ordered this Coffee Mug Warmer Set with 11 ounce Ceramic Cup. It comes with a Type-C Cord and the coffee mug warmer starts warming as soon as the cup is placed on the base. The built-in induction heating film spreads warmth evenly from the bottom of the cup. This is the way my drink stays warmer from beginning to end of my drink. The literature states that this mug warmer is meant to keep my drink warm, not to rapidly heat or boil the fluid. The heating stops automatically when the cup is lifted and it has a built in safeguard to detect if keys or a spoon is left on the saucer. The mug is very attractive in a blue and white pattern and it also is available in a green pattern. Both are nice but I prefer the blue. It will heat my cup to 122 degrees for 12 hours and then will auto shut off. Just a note: The cup is not microwave safe so it can only be used with the warming base. I am enjoying my warm tea this week during the few days that I have this warmer. Very Nice!
