Cancellation

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders submitted through MiaoLab Independent Store (Website: store.miaolab.com), including but not limited to standard product orders and regular pre-order product orders (if there are separate cancellation rules for special pre-order products, they will be indicated separately on the product detail page).

Core Rules for Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Time Limit: You may apply to cancel your order within 60 minutes after submitting the order and completing the payment.

2. Time Determination: The order submission time shall be based on the "order creation time" recorded in the Shopify backend system (accurate to the minute); the 60-minute time limit is natural minutes, without distinction between working days and holidays. After the time limit expires, the system will automatically lock the cancellation permission and no longer accept cancellation applications.

Order Cancellation Process

Method 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

5. Log in to your MiaoLab independent store account;

6. Enter "My Account" and click "My Orders";

7. Find the order to be canceled and click "Apply for Cancellation";

8. Select the reason for cancellation (optional), and after submitting the application, the system will automatically review and process it (orders that meet the conditions submitted within 60 minutes will be approved immediately).

Method 2: Manual Cancellation

9. If self-service cancellation is not available, you can contact customer service through the following channels within 60 minutes:

11. Online Customer Service: "Online Consultation" entrance at the bottom right corner of the homepage

12. When contacting, you need to provide the "Order Number" and "Payment Proof". After the customer service verifies that the order meets the cancellation conditions, they will assist in completing the cancellation process.

Refund Rules

1. After your order cancellation application is approved, we will initiate the refund within 1-3 working days;

2. The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when paying for the order (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) via the original route;

3. The time for the refund to arrive in the account is subject to the processing cycle of the payment institution, usually 3-7 working days. For details, you can consult the corresponding payment institution.

Exceptions

The 60-minute cancellation rule does not apply to the following situations, and cancellation applications will not be accepted:

13. Orders submitted more than 60 minutes ago;

14. Orders that have entered the shipping process (marked as "Shipped" or "Fulfilling" in the Shopify backend);

15. Customized products and personalized customization service orders (that have started production);

16. Virtual product orders (such as electronic gift cards, downloadable resources) (that have been delivered).

Interpretation Right

MiaoLab reserves the final interpretation right of this Order Cancellation Policy. If the policy is updated, it will be announced 3 working days in advance through the announcement board of the independent store, and the updated policy will take effect after the announcement period expires.
