We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law (HK)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
