MiaoLab Return and Refund Policy

At MiaoLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return any undamaged and unused product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, no questions asked.

Exclusions:
- Bulk orders (10 or more units of the same product) are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned together with the main product.

2. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and free items must be included.
- For bundled promotions (e.g., “Buy One Get One” or “Gift with Purchase”), all items must be returned together.

3. Return Shipping
- Non-quality-related returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Quality-related returns: MiaoLab will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MiaoLab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

5. Warranty for Quality Issues
MiaoLab products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty periods vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product page or invoice.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failures under normal use

Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without valid proof of purchase

6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or warranty claim:

- Provide your order number, email address, and a brief description of the issue
- For warranty claims, please include photos or videos showing the defect

7. Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to request a return after delivery.
