This Order Cancellation Policy applies to eligible orders placed directly through the MiaoLab online store at store.miaolab.com.
It covers requests to cancel an order or correct order information before dispatch.
This policy does not govern returns after delivery, product defects, warranty claims, or return-shipping costs. Those matters are covered by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. Delivery and shipment issues are covered by our Shipping Policy.

Contactez MiaoLab dans les 60 minutes suivant votre commande si vous souhaitez l'annuler.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact MiaoLab within 60 minutes after the order is placed.
The order time recorded by our ecommerce system will be used to determine the cancellation window.
A cancellation request is not complete until MiaoLab confirms that the order has been successfully cancelled. Orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, so cancellation cannot always be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, email support@miaolab.com.
- Contact Us — Send your request as soon as possible and within the 60-minute window.
- Provide Your Order — Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Receive Confirmation — The order is cancelled only after MiaoLab confirms the cancellation.
Lorsque l'annulation n'est plus disponible
L'annulation pourrait ne plus être possible après la période de 60 minutes ou une fois que la commande a commencé à être traitée.
A cancellation request may no longer be accepted if:
- More than 60 minutes have passed since the order was placed;
- The order has already entered fulfillment or preparation;
- The order has already been dispatched; or
- Different cancellation terms were clearly disclosed for the relevant pre-order or special-sale product before purchase.
If an order has already been dispatched, it is no longer treated as an order cancellation. Any eligible return after delivery is handled under our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address or other order information, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before fulfillment or dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes and other delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Remboursements pour annulations approuvées

If your cancellation is approved, MiaoLab will normally initiate the refund within 1–3 business days.
The refund will generally be sent to the original payment method used for the order.
After the refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.
This section applies only to refunds resulting from an approved order cancellation. Refunds relating to returned products are governed by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

Pre-order and pre-sale products may have different fulfillment schedules from in-stock products.
Unless different cancellation terms are clearly stated before purchase, the standard 60-minute cancellation request window applies.
If a specific product or campaign has different cancellation terms, those terms will be shown on the relevant product, campaign, or order information and will apply to that purchase.
