These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiaoLab website and online store, customer accounts, website content, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction with MiaoLab.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order through the MiaoLab online store.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding purchase or agreement with MiaoLab.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products identified in that order at the price and on the terms displayed at checkout.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or that every product is available for fulfillment.

We may verify payment, product availability, shipping eligibility, order information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other reasonable transaction details before accepting or fulfilling an order.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, obvious pricing or listing errors, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, VAT, import charges, and other applicable fees may be calculated at checkout, stated as included, or payable separately depending on the product, destination, and applicable rules.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process amounts properly due for your order.

If an obvious pricing, description, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to correct the issue, offer an appropriate alternative, or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Shipping, order cancellation, returns, refunds, and warranty matters are governed by the dedicated MiaoLab policies below, as applicable to your purchase.

If a product, pre-order, crowdfunding campaign, or third-party platform clearly provides additional or different terms before purchase, those terms may also apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also explains the rights and choices that may be available depending on your location and applicable law.

Using the Services does not mean that every type of personal-data processing is based on consent. The legal basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable privacy law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability information, and other website content.

Minor differences may occur because of display settings, product revisions, regional versions, manufacturing changes, or other reasonable variations.

Product availability may change without notice. We may update website content, correct errors, or change product information where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is materially different from what was represented or does not meet mandatory consumer guarantees.

The MiaoLab name, logos, website design, product images, graphics, text, videos, manuals, and other materials made available through the Services may be protected by intellectual-property rights owned by MiaoLab or its licensors.

You may access and use the Services for lawful personal purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorized by MiaoLab, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content;
• Use MiaoLab trademarks or branding in a way that suggests unauthorized affiliation or endorsement;
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with protected website functionality except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract website data without authorization; or
• Circumvent security or access restrictions.

You retain ownership of reviews, comments, photos, videos, feedback, or other content that you submit to MiaoLab ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant MiaoLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, support, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the User Content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

We may remove or restrict User Content where reasonably necessary because it is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Commit or facilitate fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Services;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted areas;
• Engage in abusive, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; or
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Website and Service Availability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and online Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every technical issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MiaoLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or online Services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited and does not reduce remedies available for defective, non-conforming, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products where mandatory consumer law applies.

Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional misconduct, or infringement of another person's rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or part of the Services where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, protection of users or MiaoLab, serious misuse of the Services, or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination of website access does not automatically remove rights or obligations relating to completed purchases, existing orders, refunds, warranties, or mandatory consumer protections.

MiaoLab may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technologies, or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, additional notice of material changes will be provided.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent appropriate and will not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or retroactively alter completed transactions where prohibited by law.
